Carly von Haven began her real estate career fresh out of college at the young age of 22. Today, with numerous record-breaking sales worldwide, she is taking her talents and experience to The Bahamas as Director of Rodland Real Estate. Carly grew up in Pensacola, FL, and graduated from The University of Florida in 2015. Upon graduation, she moved to Destin, FL, and began working as the Marketing Coordinator at Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty.It was there she got her first taste for luxury real estate, and she knew she found her passion. Carly became licensed in Florida and progressed her sales career at Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions where she sold some of the world’s most exquisite properties through auction. Breaking numerous sales records in prestigious locations, Carly was consistently a top-producing Project Manager. Traveling and working around the world allowed her to live in top locations and find where she wanted to call home. For Carly, The Bahamas always held a special place in her heart having vacationed there for many years. It was on her first work trip to Nassau, Bahamas in 2019 that she saw the potential to learn and grow and take her career to the next level.
Today, Carly has transitioned from frontline sales to Director of Rodland Real Estate, because she sees the need to revolutionize the traditional brokerage model. As Director, she has been integral in shaping the team’s culture by helping agents hone their interpersonal skills, perfect deal-closing strategies, and maintain high closing ratios. With a focus on driving innovation and fostering excellence, Carly continues to elevate the company's reputation as a powerhouse in the real estate industry.
